A heritage seaside escape on the Bellarine Peninsula, delivered from approval to working prototype in one week.
Visit the siteClient
A long-term Enotia client, now on their third chapter. Enotia has supported the property through two ownership changes over more than 15 years.
Scope
Full-service delivery, from visual design and site build through to content population and live integration with the NewBook booking platform.
Delivery
A process that once ran to twelve steps and three months or more has been compressed to days. This project hit concept and working prototype within a week of engagement approval.
The project
Point Lonsdale Guest House has been an Enotia client for over 15 years. The relationship has outlasted two ownership changes, and the trust built across that time meant the 2026 engagement could move at a pace that would have been unimaginable in an earlier era.
Enotia’s accommodation delivery process once involved twelve distinct steps, from initial approval through to live launch, and could take three months or longer. That process has been fundamentally redesigned. This project went from engagement approval to concept delivery and a fully working prototype in under one week.
The new site integrates directly with NewBook, the property’s booking platform, giving guests a seamless path from browsing to reservation. Enotia handled every layer: visual design, site build, content, and the booking integration.
Recreation
Swimming pool and spa, plus a full tennis court on the property grounds.
Facilities
A fully-equipped guest kitchen and BBQ areas, with ample off-street parking and beautiful grounds.
Dining
Southern Italian family cuisine served in the oldest dining room in Point Lonsdale, right on site.
The Point Lonsdale Guest House was built in 1884, originally known as Terminus House. It was built to accommodate the workers who constructed the Point Lonsdale lighthouse, which was established in 1902. Few accommodation properties on the Bellarine Peninsula carry that kind of history.
Today the property offers 22 rooms across two distinct wings: the original heritage guest house and a motel-style wing. The grounds are generous, and the location puts guests within easy reach of everything the Bellarine Peninsula has to offer.
Enotia has specialised in accommodation websites for over 15 years. We know the sector, the booking platforms, and what guests actually need to find before they book.
Whether you need a clean corporate website, a content-driven solution, or advice about something more complex, we’d love to hear from you.
